Gender Pay Gap Statement

In accordance with SECP Circular No. 10 of 2024 dated April 17, 2024, the Board and Management of First Paramount Modaraba reaffirm their commitment to equitable, inclusive, and merit-based employment practices.

The Modaraba’s remuneration framework is structured to ensure that compensation is determined objectively, based on role, responsibilities, experience, and performance, without any distinction on the basis of gender or other personal attributes.

First Paramount Modaraba continually strives to maintain a workplace where no gender pay gap exists and where all employees are rewarded equitably for their contributions.

Furthermore, in compliance with SECP Circular No. 7 of 2021, the Board has approved and implemented a Gender Diversity Policy, underscoring its commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity across the Modaraba.
